Join me for an embodied women's circle dedicated to spiritual menstrual cycle syncing. This gathering is a nurturing space for women to be heard and held, connect with their inner wisdom, honor their bodies, and discover the power of their cycles.
We will embark on a journey together and individually, exploring the profound connection between our menstrual cycles, the lunar phases and the natural seasons. Through meditations, shares and ceremonial cacao, we will learn how to align our lives with the flow of our unique rhythms, fostering greater harmony and well-being.
What to expect:
Cacao Ceremony: We will begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, inviting mama cacao to guide us on our journey of self-love and connection.
