Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we appreciate your understanding regarding our cancellation policy. To ensure fairness to all clients and to allow us to fill appointment slots, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If you are unable to provide the required notice, we regret that we cannot offer a refund. However, we are happy to offer you the option of: Rescheduling your appointment for a mutually convenient time. Receiving a credit note for the full value of the cancelled appointment, which can be used towards a future treatment. Please note that credit notes do not expire.
