If you are unable to provide the required notice, we regret that we cannot offer a refund. However, we are happy to offer you the option of: Rescheduling your appointment for a mutually convenient time. Receiving a credit note for the full value of the cancelled appointment, which can be used towards a future treatment. Please note that credit notes do not expire.
