The role of a postnatal doula can be pivotal in your experience. I believe that pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period is a sacred space and rite of passage. It's a time for mama to be held and heard, creating a space for you to come home to yourself and hear the wisdom that you already hold. However and wherever your birth went, you deserve the space to be listened to and looked after.
